INGREDIENTS:
1 c. fresh boiled Mississippi Gulf shrimp, chopped
1 can small green peas, drained
1/2 small onion, minced
1 c. chopped, mild cheddar cheese
2 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise

INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients, and add salt and pepper to taste. Great served on
bed of lettuce. Garnish with red pepper or pimento. Serves 4.
